High volume meal production (3600-3800) within fast paced environments (multiple locations, on-site)

Job Summary

Required:
- 1 year experience as a cook
- CA food handlers card
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, knife handling, and sanitation guidelines
- Hospitality or hospital experience
- Certification in Culinary Arts or comparable training
- ServSafe Certification
- 2 years experience as a cook
