nHOTEL FRONT DESK AGENT’S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Warmly welcome and greet all hotel guests n
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks n
- Manage online and phone reservations n
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data n
- Register guests and collect necessary information (e.g. contact details and exact dates of their stay) n
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities n
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner n
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs n
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate n
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments n
REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills n
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in the Hospitality Industry n
