About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise and Employee Engagement. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in internal communications, with a preference for those with a life sciences background and global experience. Essential skills include a deep understanding of enterprise-level communication planning, the ability to develop and execute strategic internal communication plans, and experience in coaching executives. The role requires exceptional storytelling and writing skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing high-stakes projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a background in digital and social media communication strategies. A focus on employee engagement, change management, and the ability to connect employee-focused initiatives with broader business objectives are also key qualifications for this position.
