About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy that is in line with corporate objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's narrative, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role involves overseeing all centralized corporate communications programs, including media relations, executive communications, and employee communications. The VP will also be tasked with brand and reputation management, leading a high-performing communications team, and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments. Candidates for the VP of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in communications, including a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role. Experience in a technology company and managing large-scale communications initiatives, including crisis communications for a publicly traded company, is highly valued. The role requires exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, strong media relations experience, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
