As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and play a key role in both estimating and managing projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
The Commercial Electrical Project Manager/Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for preparing competitive estimates and overseeing the execution of commercial electrical projects. This role requires 5 or more years of experience , a strong background in high-voltage commercial electrical systems , and proficiency in Accubid . You'll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle-from bid to closeout-ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
This is a full-time, onsite position with minimal travel required.

You'll be deeply involved in every phase of the project lifecycle-from bid to closeout-ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Develop accurate estimates using Accubid for labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit competitive bid packages
- Plan and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Track and report on key project metrics and milestones
- 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and project management
- Proven expertise in high-voltage commercial electrical systems
- Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)
- Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and commercial construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Field experience in commercial electrical installation or supervision
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
- Experience in team leadership or mentorship roles
