Respondology is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue growth during a pivotal stage in our company's evolution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven SaaS startup as we scale from $5M ARR to the next phase of growth and maturity.
In this role you'll be owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping us land the kinds of deals that move the business forward. You'll be on the front lines of new business acquisition, working with brands that are household names and navigating complex buying processes with confidence and urgency.

This is a remote position, open to candidates in the US.
A Day in the Life
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to signed contract. You'll work one-to-one with a dedicated SDR partner, leading account-level research and playing a strategic, hands-on role in the outbound motion.
- Identify and close net-new ARR through a balanced mix of inbound leads, event-driven opportunities, and outbound outreach (with a minimum of 20% expected to originate from your outbound efforts).
- Develop a deep understanding of Respondology's products, value propositions, and buyer personas.
- Surface business pain points through strategic discovery and clearly tie Respondology's ROI to the needs of brand, marketing, and social teams.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Accurately manage your pipeline, sales activities, and target accounts using HubSpot.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless and thoughtful buyer journey.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our sales messaging, processes, and GTM playbook.
- 4-7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a closing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments-we want to see numbers
- Experience selling in start-ups during the growth stage of $5M-$10M ARR
- Skilled at value-selling with excellent live demo experience; strategic product (not slideware) demo that is aligned with the problems/pain identified
- Resourceful, independent, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving startup
- Experience selling to Marketing, Brand, or Social Media teams
- Background in early-stage startups or building GTM from the ground up
- Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
