We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
nDuties
nManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
nPerform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
nMaintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
nAssist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
nProvide support as a medical or dental receptionist, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
nUtilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
nProofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
nOperate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
nCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
nSkills
nProficiency in Excel Word and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
nStrong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
nFamiliarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is preferred.
nExcellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
nExperience as a used car dealership clerk is a plus.
nAbility to perform data entry efficiently and accurately.
nBilingual in Spanish as this will enhance communication with diverse clients.
nStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
