What You’ll Do n

    n
  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC and plumbing sales team
  • n
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share growth
  • n
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates , adjusting strategies as needed
  • n
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and install teams to ensure seamless operations
  • n
  • Optimize lead , customer follow-ups, and closing techniques
  • n
  • Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and high close rates
  • n
  • Manage pricing, financing options, and upsell strategies to maximize deal values
  • n
n

What We’re Looking For n

? 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
? 3+ years of experience leading a sales team , with a strong track record of success
? Proven ability to build, train, and scale a high-performance sales team
? Expert-level negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
? Data-driven mindset , with experience using CRM tools (ServiceTitan )
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-oriented environment
? Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
