nLine and Prep Cook Duties and Responsibilities
nAs a member of our culinary team, you are responsible for delivering food that is fresh, eye-appealing, delicious, and cooked to the specification of the member.
nDaily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- ensuring that ingredients and final product are fresh. n
- Prep workstation for service. n
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients. n
- Utilize various cooking techniques. n
- Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes n
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including handling food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes. n
- Handle and store ingredients and food items while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. n
- Communicate well with the F&B team, both back-of-house and front-of-house. n
- Taking garbage to the dumpster area at the end of shifts. n
- Must be able to stand 4-8 hour shifts. n
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. n
Job types: Full-time & Part-time
nPay range: $13-$18 per hour dependent on experience and execution.
