Line and Prep Cook Duties and Responsibilities

n

As a member of our culinary team, you are responsible for delivering food that is fresh, eye-appealing, delicious, and cooked to the specification of the member.

n

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

n
    n
  • ensuring that ingredients and final product are fresh.
  • n
  • Prep workstation for service.
  • n
  • Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
  • n
  • Utilize various cooking techniques.
  • n
  • Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
  • n
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including handling food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
  • n
  • Handle and store ingredients and food items while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
  • n
  • Communicate well with the F&B team, both back-of-house and front-of-house.
  • n
  • Taking garbage to the dumpster area at the end of shifts.
  • n
  • Must be able to stand 4-8 hour shifts.
  • n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • n
n

Job types: Full-time & Part-time

Pay range: $13-$18 per hour dependent on experience and execution.

Education/Experience:
