As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be a vital part of our Baranko Brothers team. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, haul trucks, scrapers, and motor graders to support a broad range of construction projects throughout western North Dakota and beyond. Your responsibilities will include tasks like site preparation, trenching, grading, and material transport, all while contributing to the safe, productive, and efficient execution of earthwork operations in both rural and urban environments.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
- Proficient in operating a variety of heavy equipment
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment urine drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
