    n
  • Writing a detailed description of the work that needs completed based on inspection of the customer's vehicle.
  • n
  • Complete a detailed quote on work to be completed, including parts, service hours, shop supplies and tax. Consults customers with necessary repair service and makes recommendations for preventative maintenance.
  • n
  • Communicate status of vehicles throughout the repair process with the customer.
  • n
  • Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.
  • n
  • Examine warranty claims and submit any qualifying items to the appropriate manufacturer.
  • n
  • Prepare invoices and receive payment or obtain credit authorization for customers as needed.
  • n
  • Acts upon all customer complaints. Refers all unsettled complaints to the Service Manager.
  • n
  • Maintains a clean store, with a neat and orderly appearance.
  • n
  • Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance, appropriate for the position and situation.
  • n
  • Assist the Service Manager in any service activities needed in the shop.
  • n
  • Helps to attain or exceed the established revenue and profit goals for the store.
