About the Role
We're hiring a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support therapy services for children from birth through adolescence. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children communicate, connect, and thrive.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and goals with clarity and care.
- Provide home exercise programs and coaching to families to support carryover.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during progress reports and care planning.
- Document sessions accurately and contribute meaningfully to team communication.
- Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Valid SLP-Assistant license in North Carolina.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Spanish language fluency is a plus!
- 2 years of pediatric experience preferred (but not required).
- Early Childhood Intervention experience is a plus.
