Position Overview
Account Coordinator's mission is to support the Account Services team in all internal & external initiatives necessary to plan and launch strategic marketing campaigns & branded environments for a wide variety of clients and brands.
Responsibilities
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for conducting all day-to-day sales activity between the company and its external clients in a professional manner. Our Account Coordinator will offer world class service by processing all requests on Monday.com, NSO Orders, Tracking Reports, IT Requests and preparing correspondence and fulfilling client needs to ensure satisfaction. This position has a high degree of visibility and responsibility as it is part of our front-line team acting as liaison with our client base. The Account Coordinator will be part of the company's success and growth, and as such will be called upon to participate in company improvement initiatives. Areas of role focus:

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Individual that can remain "calm under pressure" when handling a diverse, fast paced environment.
• Self - motivated and proactive person who is always looking to expand knowledge base.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other presentation software, including Keynote, Google docs, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Insightful, thoughtful, and collaborative tone, manner approach
• Critical thinker with the ability to understand and synthesize pertinent detail in a data-driven culture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Occasional walking
• Manual dexterity for repetitive work
• Frequent Sitting for prolonged periods of time

Pay Range
USD $21.71 - USD $26.63 /Hr.
Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Client Support
- Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients (as assigned by AM)
- Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables and timelines in collaboration with Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs).
- Capture detailed meeting notes and communicate next steps to wider internal, Brand Experience team on ongoing basis.
- Keen ability to project plan and build detailed timelines and schedules to keep the team on target.
- Support AE in billing procedures, (i.e. PO processing and client invoices, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records for all internal processes and systems
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Ability to contribute creatively, strategically and problem solve.
- Generate and distribute reports as needed
- Document workflows and contribute to process standardization
- Dotti - Communicating new requests to the Data Team. Checking to make sure all day-to-day workflows work properly.
- NSO Kits - Enter an Opening Order, create communication and follow up on stock levels, and send Tracking.
- Status Calls - Attend all client calls, take notes and takeaways and action on the deliverables.
- Inventory Reports - These need to be sent Weekly to the client.
- Billing - Review Billing with the Sr. Account Manager.
- Velocity Reports - Monthly Reports to the team.
- IT Request - Work on enhancements to Dotti with IT.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Account Mgr. or Account Executive (i.e., Operational support, scheduling, etc.
