Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage carpet cleaning appointments using our in-house software.n
- Inquiries: Answer questions about our services, pricing, and any other inquiries, ensuring clarity and understanding.n
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing emails, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with billing processes.n
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer details, appointment information, and other relevant data into our system.n
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback post-service, and relay any concerns or suggestions to the management team.n
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with carpet cleaning technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer service.n
Required Skills Qualifications:n
- High school diploma or equivalent.n
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and proprietary scheduling tools.n
