Job Summary:
We are seeking a PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Implementation Engineer with 15 to 19 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of secure authentication solutions.
This hybrid role, operating primarily during day shifts, requires deep expertise in SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Ping ID MFA, and PingOne Cloud.
The ideal candidate will work within Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of RESTful APIs and contribute to the organization's mission of enhancing digital security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of secure authentication solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Integrate SAML and OpenID Connect for robust identity and access management.
• Apply expertise in OAuth 2.0 to strengthen security protocols.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
• Implement and manage Ping ID MFA solutions across platforms.
• Deploy and optimize PingOne Cloud services to support business goals.
• Analyze and improve existing authentication processes for efficiency and security.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members on secure authentication best practices.
• Stay current with digital security trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Document technical specifications and communicate across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ping Identity products, specifically PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and session management.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and experience with integrating identity platforms via API calls.
• Experience with user data migration strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data analysis and migration support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ping Identity certifications (e.g., PingOne Certified Professional).
• Experience with other identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Experience in a B2C customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
