The Role
We're seeking a hungry, entrepreneurial Market Sales Account Executive to join our local sales team. This role is perfect for someone who knows their city, has a passion for connecting brands with people in the real world, and thrives on building business from the ground up.
You'll own a territory and be responsible for developing new business across local advertisers, regional agencies, and untapped verticals. We're not looking for someone to wait for inbound leads-you'll be expected to source opportunity, build pipelines, and drive deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a localized sales plan tailored to your market's unique business landscape
  • Proactively identify and close new business opportunities with local brands and agencies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on how to use OOH media to drive business results
  • Become an expert on the our asset portfolio in your market, including underutilized or high-potential inventory
  • Engage small businesses at scale through thoughtful outreach, partnerships, and event-based selling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, operations, finance) to bring campaigns to life
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or a similarly entrepreneurial category
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business
  • Hustle mentality-you're a builder, not a maintainer
  • Deep local knowledge of your market and excitement about connecting with small and mid-sized businesses
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
