nWe're hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to support a 1M+ sq ft 24/7 manufacturing plant. You'll own CapEx projects , tackle electrical reliability issues , and be the go-to engineer for boots-on-the-ground technical leadership.
nThis is a hands-on role in a high-output, heavy industrial facility where engineering decisions get executed quickly . You'll work directly with union trades, salaried teams, and plant leadership to keep operations moving and improve critical systems.
nWhat You'll Tackle

Own and lead capital projects from scope to installation

Design, test, and optimize electrical power systems and equipment
n n - n
Draft electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation (AutoCAD)
n n - n
Troubleshoot legacy systems , motor controls , and production line issues
n n - n
Partner with union trades to solve floor-level problems in real time
n n - n
Ensure all systems comply with NFPA, NEC , and internal safety standards
n n - n
Mentor and support junior engineers, techs, and maintenance staff
n n - n
Drive reliability improvements and long-term infrastructure planning

What You Bring
n- n
- n
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or EET
n n - n
5+ years in heavy industrial , equipment-based , or manufacturing environments
n n - n
3+ years of hands-on CAD experience (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)
n n - n
Strong electrical troubleshooting and systems thinking
n n - n
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to ITAR compliance)
n n
Bonus Points For
