nPosition Overview:
nWe seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will guide patients through their aesthetic journey, from initial consultation to post-procedure care. You will play a crucial role in educating patients about our services, assisting them in making informed decisions and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their treatment process. Ideal candidates will be focused on selling through a consultative approach, following up on patient inquiries, creating monthly marketing plans, and other sales-related functions.
nThe practice provides the highest standards of patient care and customer service. The successful candidate reflects the high quality of the practice in terms of professional appearance, demeanor, and education. nKey Responsibilities but not limited to:
nConduct the sales process by presenting treatment options and guiding patients through decision-making.
nMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
nAct as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients, both in-person and over the phone.
nProvide impeccable patient liaison services to patients.
nSchedule and coordinate patient consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
nProvide detailed information about our services, procedures, pricing, and financing options.
nConduct thorough consultations to understand patients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
nCollaborate with our surgical team to develop customized treatment plans for each patient.
nManage patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
nMaintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
nAs needed, coordinate with external vendors, such as medical suppliers and insurance providers.
nAssist with marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new patients and enhance brand visibility.
nQualifications:
nKnowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures and aesthetics.
nPrior experience in sales, customer service, or patient care within the healthcare or cosmetic industry is highly desirable.
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
nStrong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
nCompassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
nA bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
