*** Must reside in the Louisville, KY metropolitan area. This is an onsite (not remote) position.
The Customer Service Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and helping to build relationships with our worldwide customer base. The position has overall responsibility for all phases of customer service and day-to-day administrative details of the sales and manufacturing process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build ongoing rapport with culturally diverse base of customers
  • Manage all aspects of order processing (quote, expedite, change, credit, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of specialized order processing ( Murals, Sample Book Orders, Internal Design orders, Transfer orders, etc.)
  • Manage multiple customer accounts
  • Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and response time
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to email and telephone inquiries from internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge of product line, procedures, websites, etc.
  • Research and resolve customer issues regarding pricing, delivery or quality concerns.
  • Routine need to multi task, establish priorities, work independently
  • Complete and forward commercial documentation for each export shipment
  • Communicate with freight forwarders to know and understand special shipping requirements for each country in order to maintain compliance
  • Act as liaison between customers, sales reps, production, design, accounting, quality control and senior management teams
  • Create product specific documents as requested by client, within parameters for technical specifications for flame, IMO, VOC, country of origin, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED Required, College Degree preferred
  • Ability to carry out written and oral instructions
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ERP experience valued.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized while meeting deadlines
  • Work productively with others in team-based atmosphere
  • Positive demeanor to contribute of overall success of team
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization and time management skill
  • Highly motivated with strong sense of attention to detail - takes personal pride in producing quality results.
  • Experience with export documentation per country/country requirements is desired
  • Experience in manufacturing desired but is not required.
