Industrial Electrician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment across our production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial environment and a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and equipment

n

• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls, sensors, PLCs, and automation systems

n

• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems

n

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams

n

• Ensure all electrical work meets National Electric Code (NEC) and OSHA standards

n

• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

n

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

n

Qualifications:

n

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

n

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience

n

• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, and 480V 3-phase systems

n

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

n

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

n

Physical Requirements:

n

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

n

• Comfortable working in hot, dusty, or loud environments

n

• Must be able to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
