nnWhat you will do:
nYou will collaborate with other functional and program leaders, and be responsible and accountable for ensuring:
n• Staff has skills, bandwidth, and mindset to meet our program deliverables within cost and schedule commitments
n• Responsibilities are properly assigned and executed
n• Every person on your team understands their assignment, deliverables, and schedule
n• Your team is collaborating and successfully executing with other teams
n• Your team understands their role, value, and relationship with other Lockheed Martin and customer teams, and how they support our customer mission and Lockheed Martin business objectives
n• Recommendations and status – technical, process, and organizational – are effectively communicated to positively influence our organization
nnTo be effective in this role, you will need:
n• 9+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 7+ years of professional experience with a Master's degree.
n• A DoD or DOE clearance to start, and you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance , thus US Citizenship is required.

n• Experience with:
no Leading people on a team
no Electronic hardware requirements, design, test, troubleshooting, or integration
no Planning, coordinating, or managing project cost, schedule, and technical execution
no Presenting informal or formal status to peers, management, or customer
n• Active Secret clearance
n• Ability to work on-site at Valley Forge, PA

n• Familiarity with:
no Strategic deterrent mission
no Lockheed Martin’s strategic reentry programs
nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
