- POSITION SUMMARY
At Residential Inspector of America (RIA) we are seeking a results driven Account Executive with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships and driving measurable growth. This position will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and increasing year-over-year growth by engaging real estate professionals throughout the Atlanta market.

This is a fast-paced, energetic, and competitive role focused on prospecting, relationship building, pipeline management, and consultative selling to expand our referral network and grow market share. The ideal Account Executive candidate thrives on achieving ambitious goals, delivers exceptional customer service, and builds long-term partnerships with real estate agents, clients and other stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Build, manage and grow a robust pipeline of new business and referral opportunities, with a focus on achieving YOY revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and convert cold and warm leads into active referral partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders in an assigned territory.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, lead conversion, and account growth.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations at real estate offices and industry events to promote home inspection services.
- Act as a trusted advisor and solutions partner, understanding client needs and delivering home inspection service solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales collateral, campaigns, and event messaging that drive growth and reinforce the company's mission.
- Stay current on real estate trends, market conditions, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate data records of all prospects, leads, and accounts in the company's CRM.
- Attend meetings, training workshops and industry events.
- Prospect for new leads and convert cold and warm leads to active referral sources.
- Contact prospects in the form of cold-calling, email outreach, social media platforms and industry networks.
- Proficient and familiar with CRM systems and other technology to maintain an accurate record of all leads and agents.
- Support overall sales and marketing efforts through managing social media platforms, event planning, email, cold calling, and brand stewardship as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong business development, relationship management, and account growth experience.
- Strategic, proactive, and goal-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent writing, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who contributes to overall company success.
- Customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and building trust.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation within an 80-mile radius of your location.
- Experience in real estate, home inspection, mortgage, title or related field experience
- Bachelor's degree
