Job Description
nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ to join our Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing IAM workflows and provisioning processes to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the organization.
nKey Responsibilities:
nMonitor IAM logs and dashboards to identify and resolve errors, failed workloads, and pending actions.
nInvestigate and remediate issues such as failed provisioning (e.g., email account creation failures).
nExecute and manage aggregation jobs and review scheduler configurations in SailPoint.
nPerform reprocessing of failed tasks to ensure successful completion and closure.
nDevelop and implement enhancements to existing IAM processes and workflows.
nBuild and maintain Quicklink forms and other UI components within SailPoint.
nSupport and maintain standard LCM (Lifecycle Management) processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support IAM-related projects and integrations.
nDocument processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance
nHourly Pay Rate: $10.00-$14.00

nSkills and Requirements
n3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
nStrong understanding of provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
nExperience with log analysis, job scheduling, and issue remediation in IAM platforms.
nAbility to build and customize Quicklink forms and workflows in SailPoint.
nFamiliarity with aggregation jobs, connectors, and entitlement management.
nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
nExcellent communication and documentation skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
nRelevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, CISSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
nExperience with other IAM tools or platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) is a plus. null
