nDescription of the role:
nThe Mazda Automotive Technician A Tech will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Mazda vehicles with precision and expertise.
nResponsibilities:

- Conducting thorough inspections to identify vehicle issues n
- Performing maintenance services according to manufacturer guidelines n
- Repairing and replacing defective parts with accuracy n
Requirements:

- ASE certification preferred n
- Prior experience working with Mazda vehicles n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills n

- nPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealershipn n
- nTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentn n
- nDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.n n
- nCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsn n
- nExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsn n
- n
- n2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredn n
- nHigh school diploma or equivalentn n
- nB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repairn n
- nDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationn n
- nMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentn n
- nExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesn n
- nPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improven n
- nEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentn n
- nTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyn n
- nAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsn n
- nValid driver's license and clean driving recordn n
