nCall Center Representatives at British Swim School Bay Area focus on customer experience, engagement, customer enrollment, and managing all customer inquiries and concerns. The CSR focus is to deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, process enrollment requests as needed and answer questions while making experiences personable and memorable verbally and electronically.
nKnowledge, Skills and Ability
nEnthusiastic, assertive personality with customer service skills
nStrong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or provide solutions
nEffectively communicate with customers and employees, bi-lingual is a plus
nDisciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School
nAble to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs.
nQualifications
nMinimum of two years of customer service and sales experience
nHigh School or some college education or equivalent experience.
nMust have quiet space without distractions for work
