You're someone who's not only experienced, but also passionate about service, efficiency, and relationships.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least three years in the financial industry, with a focus on annuity operations
- At least two years managing distributor relationships in an annuity operation setting
- FINRA Series 6 license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills -- you're great with both internal teams and external partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Committed to delivering outstanding service
- Analytical thinker with strong judgment and conflict resolution skills
