Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving ambitious targets for new and pre-owned Audi vehicles. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven record in automotive sales, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to drive dealership growth while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership : Manage and mentor a sales team to exceed sales goals through effective training and performance management.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and inventory management, to enhance dealership performance.
Customer Excellence : Ensure a premium customer experience, aligning with Audi’s luxury standards, through superior service and relationship management.
Compliance : Adhere to California DMV regulations and MVSC agreement terms, including electronic vehicle registration (eFiling) and data security protocols.
Performance Analysis : Utilize sales data and forecasting to optimize profitability and support dealership growth objectives.
Qualifications
Experience : 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, ideally within a luxury dealership.
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficient in CRM and inventory management systems.
Licenses : Valid California driver’s license with a clean record; OMVIC license or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge : Familiarity with luxury automotive market trends and DMV compliance requirements, including MVSC’s DMVdesk system.
