Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxurious and professional setting. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Med Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
nJob Responsibilities:
nGreet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
nAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
nProvide information about our services, products, memberships and options
nConfirm and follow up on appointments, reschedule as needed, and minimize no-shows.
nHandle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and invoices.
nMaintain an organized and clean reception and spa environment
nAssist with administrative tasks such as client intake forms, records.
nEnsure compliance with HIPAA and client confidentiality standards.
nCollaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
nAddress client inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
nRequirements:
nPrevious experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical spa, beauty, or healthcare setting.
nStrong communication and customer service skills.
nProficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar).
nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
nKnowledge of med spa treatments (IV therapy and vitamin injections) is a plus.
nProfessional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and positive attitude.
nAbility to work evenings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.
