Job Description
The Mechanical/HVAC project manager will be responsible for:
  • Review HVAC/mechanical project specifications, blueprints, and scope of work.
  • Develop project schedules, milestones, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and general contractors during design and pre-construction phases.
  • Perform equipment take-offs and assist with submittals and procurement
  • Manage day-to-day operations of mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate installation of mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, chillers, boilers, air handlers, etc.).

The Successful Applicant
The Mechanical/ HVAC project manager will have:
  • Experience with construction and renovations projects including Schools, Life Science/ Labs, Multifamily sectors
  • Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience as a PM with experience in Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, Duct work, HVAC
  • Commutable to office either in Hingham, MA or Wakefield, MA
  • Proficient in Procore or other construction related software
  • Degree in construction management or other related field
