nThe SDA Tranche 1 OC role will be responsible for performing real-time satellite operations on complex communications systems. In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
n• Establish voice, messaging, and data communications for multiple-satellite programs of varying priorities and classifications
n• Configuration and monitoring of displays for computer and network equipment during normal mission operations
n• Multi-program coordination and scheduling using custom software tools
n• Ground system inputs toward overall engineering development and testing
n• Determination and resolution of anomalous conditions
n• Generation of downtime reports and other associated documentation for operational outages
n• Provide inputs to process improvements
n• Provide operational inputs to overall engineering development and testing
n• Support to various operations status, engineering review, and problem boards
n• Support to ground system development work, working groups, and test and checkout

nBasic Qualifications:
n• Current DoD Secret
n• Experience with solving complex and/or parallel problems
n• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work within a dynamic operational environment
n• Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot within a dynamic operational environment
n• Proficiency with MS Office products
nDesired Skills:
n• Current DoD Top Secret
n• Experience with satellite operations
n• Experience with testing, development work, or system integration
n• Collaborative mindset toward internal continuous process improvement and external customer interactions
nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
