Your Role

* Communicate with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for advanced screening
* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey
* Keep accurate and current records in our candidate management system
* Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that occur, and hires derived from your connections
Requirements for Success
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Compensation Structure
