Chevrolet/GM Master Mechanic/Technician Needed-Experienced

Job Functions:

n
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chevrolet/GM vehicles.
n
• Assist and mentor entry-level technicians.
n
• Advise service advisor immediately if additional work is needed.
n
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes. Stay current with Chevrolet/GM technical training and certifications.
n
• Ensure top tier customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
n
• Maintain cleanliness of shop area.
n
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
n
• Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed.
n
• Abide by safety rules, regulations, and procedures that are endorsed by Bowser Automotive Inc. and enforced by management.
n
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

n
• Chevrolet/GM Master Technician Certification (required). ASE Certification preferred.
n
• PA Emissions and Inspection License.
n
• General mechanical skills.
n
• Assist and mentor entry-level technicians
n
• Manual dexterity.
n
• Good Judgment.
n
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
n
• Demonstrate professional personal behavior.
n
• Conduct oneself and dress properly in a manner that brings credibility to the dealership.
n
• Interact with fellow employees in a positive manner.
n
• Valid PA Driver's License.
n
• Must adhere to all Bowser Automotive Inc., safety policies and procedures.
