JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Lead, Regional Technical professional to join our team. In this role, you will directly contribute to our mission of improving the delivery of care by supporting the technical excellence of Midmark products and empowering our customers through expert guidance, service, and training. Your work will help bring Midmark's vision-to transform healthcare experiences through innovative design-to life. The Regional Technical Lead is responsible for leading training for Midmark's distributors and servicers, leading field service activities, assisting with installation support at large facility installs, and providing a high-level of field support for the connected digital ecosystem.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer & Channel Partner Support
  • Serve as the technical liaison between Midmark's internal teams, sales representatives, channel partners, and end-user customers.
  • Lead and deliver technical service training to Midmark's distributors, service providers, and end users.
  • Assist with on-site and remote support for complex installation projects at large healthcare, dental, and veterinary facilities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Midmark's Connected Digital Ecosystem, including pre-installation planning, provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Training & Communication
  • Conduct service school trainings to ensure partner technicians are prepared to deliver exceptional service on Midmark products.
  • Deliver technical presentations to support product launches, updates, and the education of channel sales and service personnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maintain current, impactful training and presentation materials.
Technical Excellence & Issue Resolution
  • Engage in field activities to resolve systemic quality issues and act as the key field escalation resource for technical challenges.
  • Report field issues through Midmark's Quality System to enable continuous product improvement.
  • Support critical complaint investigations and incident resolutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Project Coordination & Leadership
  • Coordinate large-scale equipment installations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical service leadership and ensure service partners are utilizing Midmark's online training and tools.
  • Manage work schedules effectively and maintain accurate activity tracking in ServiceMax/Salesforce.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Technical certification or associate degree preferred, with 4+ years of service-related experience (electro-mechanical repair, software, and networking knowledge preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong technical acumen including basic networking, troubleshooting, and familiarity with connected devices.
JOB LOCATION:
  • This position is located in Versailles, OH and requires 60-70% travel.
