About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Marketing to spearhead the strategic development and execution of the product marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for market positioning, cross-functional go-to-market strategy, and the success of new product introductions and customer lifecycle marketing. This role demands a leader who can own and evolve the product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, define and lead go-to-market strategies, and develop messaging that clearly communicates the value of the product. The VP will also be instrumental in enabling sales and customer success teams, leading competitive and market intelligence efforts, and collaborating with demand generation and content teams to build integrated campaigns. To excel in this position, the VP of Product Marketing must have a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 12-15 years of experience, including a minimum of three years in a leadership role. Expertise in positioning and messaging for multi-product platforms, particularly in vertical SaaS or ERP categories, is essential. The role requires a strategic partner to the CMO and Executive Team, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, customer journeys, and revenue enablement. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning skills, and possess excellent communication and storytelling abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
