About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Product Strategist to spearhead the development of its advanced cross-chain wallet and DeFi ecosystem. This pivotal role involves defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that facilitates direct peer-to-peer trading across multiple blockchains. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market, user, and competitor research to identify key feature opportunities and user pain points. They will also be tasked with translating the product vision into tangible specifications, user stories, and success metrics, and will work closely with a remote engineering team to ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences. Balancing the decentralization ethos with regulatory requirements and staying abreast of competitive trends and emerging technologies in the DeFi space are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Chief Product Strategist role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' product management experience, with at least 3 years in crypto or blockchain products. A proven track record in building and scaling consumer-facing crypto applications, particularly wallets, DEXs, and DeFi apps, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, non-custodial systems, and DeFi mechanics, as well as a strong grasp of atomic swaps, HTLCs, and decentralized architecture. Experience in remote-first environments, effective stakeholder management, and an analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset are also required. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is a must, with a preference for candidates who have experience in DEXs, multi-coin wallets, cross-chain protocols, or atomic swap technology, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks in the crypto space.
