About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Division Vice President (DVP) for Marketing. The DVP will be tasked with overseeing global marketing efforts, developing and optimizing innovative commercial and digital marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple brands and product lines. This leadership role requires the DVP to act as a strategic advisor, lead a global marketing organization, and ensure consistent brand messaging and performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a technical field with a marketing background, with a minimum of 8 years' progressive marketing experience and 5 years' in a leadership capacity. An MBA or Master's degree is desired, along with a proven track record of leading large, global marketing teams and a strong ability to influence and empower employees. Key responsibilities for the DVP include enhancing and unifying marketing strategies, leveraging innovative tactics for stakeholder engagement, and driving brand visibility for each business unit. The role also involves monitoring competitive activity, planning high-impact marketing events, and ensuring a measurable return on investment. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills. They must be willing to travel and have the legal right to work in the U.S., with the ability to access export-controlled information and source code. The position is remote, with the ideal candidate being based near key locations in Southern California, Columbus, OH, Greater Chicago, IL, or Rochester, NY.
