About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead its revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across various customer segments, including virtual asset service providers, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, and banks. This role involves team management and coaching, enabling and collaborating with cross-functional teams, full-cycle sales execution, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. The Head of Sales will also be a key player in shaping the company's future, with a focus on stablecoins and global payments, and will be expected to own sales forecasting, pipeline velocity, and operational rigor to drive repeatable and scalable revenue growth. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company. Deep domain expertise in crypto, payments, or adjacent infrastructure is essential, as is a proven track record of scaling from single to multi-product sales organizations. The role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to define and systematize sales processes. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach, with a strong focus on exceeding revenue targets and expanding the total addressable market. A solid grasp of key SaaS growth metrics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving landscape is also necessary.
