Project Manager – Water Infrastructure | Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid + Relocation Assistance)

Our client, a leading multidisciplinary engineering design and project management firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple water infrastructure projects in the US Southwest region.

Responsibilities include:

n
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases from proposals and feasibility studies to design and construction support
n
• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and contract terms
n
• Engaging in proposal development, pricing strategies, and risk assessments
n
• Fostering strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence
n
• Mentoring junior staff and promoting collaboration across teams
n

Qualifications:

n
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field
n
• Professional Engineer (PE) license highly
n
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in project management focused on municipal wastewater projects
n
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within one year
n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
