nAs an Intake Coordinator at York Law Firm, you will engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to our client-focused approach. Each day, you will welcome clients warmly and manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism. You will be responsible for gathering vital information from potential clients and callers, collecting and organizing client data and documents, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services. Additionally, you'll organize and maintain client files and legal documents, allowing the firm to operate efficiently.
nYour role will also involve collaborating with attorneys and staff to coordinate case management effectively. You can expect a structured work schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. This routine provides a consistent framework that supports both your professional development and the firm's commitment to high performance and integrity in service delivery.
