The Exploratory Microbiology team works and behaves with an entrepreneurial spirit to generate new product concepts for bioMérieux’s development pipeline. The responsibilities of the Lead Engineer – Instrumentation and Algorithms will be to contribute technical, scientific, and engineering expertise to the conceptualization, design, and development of high-quality medical diagnostic products.

Education/Experience: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field

Ph.D. + 6 years of Engineer Instrumentation and Algorithims experience

M.S. + 8 years of Engineer Instrumentation and Algorithims experience

B.S. + 10 years of Engineer Instrumentation and Algorithims experience

At least 6 years of experience with the following:
