Medical Assistant - Full-Time Location: Silverdale, WA/ Gigharbor, WA Peninsula Pain Clinic
Peninsula Pain Clinic, the leading provider of pain management services in the Olympic and Kitsap Peninsula region, is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant that can float between our Silverdale and Gigharbor locations.

Key Responsibilities :
  • This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications.
  • Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
  • Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.
What We Offer:
  • Pay: $21-$30 per hour, depending on experience

  • No weekends, evenings, or holiday shifts
  • Work schedule:
    • Mon-Thu: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Fri: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
What We're Looking For:
  • A year of experience in the medical field preferred
  • Must be able to travel between both Silverdale and Gig Harbor offices
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in EMR systems and general computer use
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
