The team developing industry leading X-ray tubes for clinical applications is looking for highly motivated Mechanical Engineers to join them to enhance the quality & performance of X-ray tubes. Mechanical Engineer will be working on fixture design and testing of X-ray tube sub-assemblies to enhance robustness and performance.
Responsibilities:
The team developing industry leading X-ray tubes for clinical applications is looking for highly motivated Mechanical Engineers to join them to enhance the quality & performance of X-ray tubes. Mechanical Engineer will be working on fixture design and testing of X-ray tube sub-assemblies to enhance robustness and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Mechanical design utilizing Creo / Windchill.
- Simulation / analysis (Creo / Ansys FEA, stack up analysis) and testing in the lab.
- Design optimization & improvement for reducing cost, increasing yield and enhancing performance & reliability..
- Engineering Change control.
- Rapid prototyping.
- Design verification. Experience in Medical systems / Mechanical engineering industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and technical competency in Hardware engineering areas.
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on hardware).
- Experience with 3D CAD System, CREO/Windchill.
- Familiarity with engineering analysis & simulation tools like Ansys.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
