In this role you will lead mission-critical electrical infrastructure projects that power semiconductor innovation, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex power distribution systems while driving technological advancement through world-class facility operations.

The Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the infrastructure that powers semiconductor innovation. This position combines technical leadership with strategic facility management, directly impacting Natcast's ability to advance semiconductor research and development through reliable, efficient facility operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead implementation of advanced electrical infrastructure projects
  • Develop comprehensive power distribution strategies and systems
  • Manage critical electrical systems including substations, UPS, and emergency power
  • Perform complex electrical analysis and power quality assessments
  • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Ensure compliance with NEC codes and SEMI standards
  • Drive energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team
  • Collaborate with utility providers and key stakeholders
  • Manage capital projects and contractor relationships
  • FAS (Fire Alarm Systems)
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Expertise in power distribution system design
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and power analysis software
  • Experience with mission-critical facility operations
  • Excellence in project management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Semiconductor facility experience
  • Cleanroom infrastructure expertise
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • Experience with fab construction projects
  • Knowledge of energy management systems
