Job Description
- Define and lead the strategic direction for BLDC motor drive IC products
- Establish and grow relationships with key MCU ecosystem partners
- Guide product introductions and commercial strategy for lead customers
- Collaborate with sales and applications teams to create effective collateral
- Oversee full product lifecycle with a focus on pricing and margin management
- Drive engagement with key accounts and support large customer projects
- Conduct regular customer visits to gather market and competitive insights
- Analyze technical and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Act as a liaison between marketing and R&D to streamline communication
- Develop and maintain marketing presentations and materials
- Manage sales forecasting and reporting processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing for motor drive ICs or power semiconductors
- Strong understanding of BLDC topology, including software algorithms and hardware (IPM and HB)
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and manage product lifecycle
- Experience working with global customers and participating in trade shows
- Ability to turn technical capabilities into compelling business value
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
