What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations and project teams across assigned jobs
- Oversee contract administration, documentation, and compliance to mitigate risk
- Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement activities from project kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to ensure high-performance project execution
- Lead pre-construction planning, including permitting, scope review, and logistics
- Manage material and equipment buyout strategies to align with project goals
- Review, negotiate, and manage subcontract agreements
- Track submittals, change orders, and approvals efficiently
- Prepare billing schedules and manage project cash flow
- Forecast project costs, monitor labor productivity, and ensure proper staffing
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- OR 5+ years of experience in mechanical or plumbing construction project management
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, budgets, scheduling, and construction best practices
- Effective leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
