Seeking a high performance sales manager for a high volume GMC store. Must be a strong closer, training experience, and experience running sales teams and desking deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. n
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability n
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process n
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position n
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals n
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines n
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals n
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale n
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts n
REQUIREMENTS:
n- n
- At least 2 years previous experience n
- Knowledge and use of CDK/ADP, vAuto, First Pencil and eLead CRM preferred n
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures n
- Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. n
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills n
- Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record n
- Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment n
