Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items according to the individual stations using Castle Pines Golf Club recipes.
  • Assist in food preparation operations for all food outlets of the Club.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
  • Understand and comply consistently with Castle Pines Golf Club standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in food preparation assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Report to shift on time and in proper uniform.
  • Perform related duties as needed including washing dishes, kitchen cleaning, and assist with any other projects as assigned by the kitchen manager.
  • Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needs of the business arise.

Requirements
  • Experience in professional kitchen environment preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Well organized and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room personnel.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for 90% of the time.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
