- nProvide clear leadership, coaching, and support to the sales teamn n
- nMonitor daily performance and support the team in meeting sales and gross targetsn n
- nWork closely with the Client Advisors to drive F&I product performance and PVRn n
- nManage CRM follow-up processes, lead response, and customer appointment handlingn n
- nHelp maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction and overall experiencen n
- nAssist in closing deals and improving close ratios on showroom trafficn n
- nCoordinate training on sales process, product knowledge, and customer communicationn n
- nOversee administrative tasks related to deal structure, paperwork, titles, and trade payoffsn n
- nEnsure ethical and consistent presentation of finance and ancillary productsn n
- nMaintain staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews in partnership with leadershipn n
- nAddress performance concerns in line with company expectations and policyn n

- nProven experience in dealership sales leadership or finance managementn n
- nStrong interpersonal and coaching skillsn n
- nConfident managing people, process, and performancen n
- nExcellent time management and organizational skillsn n
- nKnowledge of CDK or similar CRM/operating systems is preferredn n
- nClean driving record and strong charactern n
- nAvailable to work Saturdays n n
