ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Franah Marino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
  • Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL.
  • Our office is open 9am -6pm Monday to Friday & 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
  • I am a proud graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine.
  • Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
  • Additional languages spoken: Spanish and French
