What is the job?: As a Lead Ramen Team Member , you will be hands-on across multiple stations in our high-volume take-out kitchen-while also supporting the team, guiding service, and keeping standards sharp. Whether you are working the hotline, firing noodles, running expo, or leading the shift, you will bring focus, urgency, and great energy to every service.

• Execute tasks efficiently at any station: registers, pick-up window, noodles, hotline, dish/prep, or expo
• Lead by example and keep service flowing smoothly
• Package and check out take-out orders accurately and with urgency
• Prep fresh ramen ingredients and cook noodles to perfect texture
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to coordinate service
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift-workstations, restrooms, and guest-facing areas
• Help train and support team members while upholding Tatsu-Ya standards
• Complete all side work and ensure all responsibilities are wrapped
• Practice safe food handling and sanitation at all times

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid food handlers certification
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
• Able to stand for long periods and work around steam, heat, and open flames
